What we're looking for & what to leave out
What we're looking for
- ✓A specific moment, save, or pattern — not a generic resume.
- ✓How they show up for coworkers, patients, or the union.
- ✓Mentorship, solidarity, safety, or steady excellence over time.
- ✓Plain language. A few sentences beats a paragraph of adjectives.
Please leave out
- ✕Patient names, room numbers, MRNs, or any PHI.
- ✕Manager-bashing or naming coworkers in a negative light.
- ✕Anything you wouldn't want printed on the unit bulletin board.
